Preamble International Young Evangelists and Ministers Association(IYEMA) is non-denonminational Organisation with a network of branches worldwide as a result of the following 1. The world needs leaders and not just leaders but good leaders, full of intergrity, honesty, moral rectitude and above all fear of God. Leaders who will live exemplary and challenging lives 2. Many Young Ministers with great gifts, talents and potential end up wasting their lives because they are attracted to and pull away into violence immorality and other services IYEMA believes that mankind is lost without God and therefore upholds the truth of salvation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and takes the Bible as the Word of God
Vision To raise and make good leaders 2. To Father Young Evangelists / Ministers. 3. To promote friendship among Young Ministers 4. To promote fellowshiping among Young Evangelists Ministers(Fellowship) 5. And to have Fun among Young Evangelists/ Ministers(FUN)
Our Mission 1. To unite Young Evangelists & Ministers. Nationally and Interanationally. 2. Equip Young Evangelists & Ministers for effective minisitry 3. To Build good characters in Young Evangelists & Ministers 4. To provide Young Evangelists & Ministers with tools for harvest and conservation.Understanding and utilising thier God-given resources, Overcoming and turning past failures into success, to glorify God and satan to horiffy 5. To unearth and enhance leadership qualities undeveloped in Young Evangelists and Ministers 6. To serve as a united body in upholding and defending the human, civil, legal and constitutional and rights of the Young Minister and his ministry 7. Imparting new level of anointing on Young Evangelists and ministers who need fresh Oil for the work of the ministry especially in this decade of harvest
Our Strategy IYEMA intends to acheive these by: 1. Organising annual conference for young ministers 2. Organising leadership training programmes for them 3. Organising joint fellowship and outreach programmes. 4. Organizing special training programme such as musical and counselling workshops 5. Establishing IYEMA in as many countries as possible. 6. Linking with other young Christian organisations where possible to share ideas in order to complement each other
Statement Of Faith We as members of IYEMA, a freely associated Christian organization, believe: 1. That the Holy Bible is the inspired word of God and we take the Bible as final authority in all matters concerning Christian conduct and work. 2. That God Almighty is the one and only true God 3. That the Godhead consists of three separate,distinct,and recognizable personalities and qualities perfectly united in one.The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost are different persons in the Godhead,not merely three names for one person 4. That Jesus Christ born of Virgin Mary is the only begotten son of God, manifested in the flesh and He died for the sins of all mankind on the cross and rose from dead, ascended into Heaven to reign with the Father, and salvation is available through Him alone. 5.That the body of believers in accordance with the scriptures is responsible for the fulfilling of the great commission to preach the Gospel to all nations Membership Membership to the IYEMA is open to all young ministers who affirm IYEMA STATEMENT OF FAITH and are willing to follow along the vision.
